Arm Balancing #5
Welcome back! In this video we’re switching gears, and we’re tackling not one, but 3 different arm balances: bhujapidasana (shoulder-pressing pose), titibasana (firefly pose), and astavakrasana (8-angle pose). The key concept here is “backpacking” the leg over the shoulder. Remember to be patient with your body, and never force depth - these vigorous postures take time and diligent effort to master.
