Welcome back! And well done! You’ve reached the 6th and final video in this arm balancing series. I hope you’re feeling stronger, and very accomplished. In this class, we’re going to move through a flow that will take us into each of the arm balances we’ve practiced together in this series. This is a 40min practice, but you will definitely feel the effort! Stay with your breath and listen to your body. Remember, the pause button is always available ;)
