I think it’d be great if we all started practicing yoga at home more.
Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE studio yoga. I love it so much I opened my own yoga studio. I love it so much I’d marry it. BUT…I also really love practicing at home. And it’s become clear to me that there’s some confusion surrounding what a home yoga practice “should” look like. So, I have good news for you.
At home, there are no rules!
At home, you can wear your comfy sweatpants. At home, no one is sweating and breathing weird next to you. At home, you can practice for 90 minutes, or 3 minutes. And it all counts! You can really, truly create your OWN ritual. One that’s meaningful and effective and makes you feel SO GOOD physically, and mentally.

About The Instructor
Hi, I’m Amy. I’ve been practicing yoga for 13 years and teaching for 7. I completed my training through YogaWorks, which provides an extremely safe and reasonable framework for practicing and teaching yoga.
