Use what you already have at home to support your body in deeply restful postures that will help you activate your parasympathetic nervous system and find calm. Suitable for all levels. Suggested props: two soup cans or yoga blocks, two bed pillows, 2-4 blankets or bath towels. Optional props: two throw pillows or blankets/towels for arm rests.

Continuous Flow for Stress Relief (45 Min)

In this video we will be in a near perpetual state of movement as we flow through this Level 1 practice together. Practicing in this way can help to soothe our nervous system and help us relax. We’ll finish with a guided body scan to balance the physical effort with some deep rest. Level 1-2. No props required.
