Build strength within your range-of-motion in your hamstrings and watch as the rest of your body responds. A slow, steady practice with some standing balance. A set of blocks might be helpful as well as a blanket for the knees.
60min Gentle Yoga with Amy Garvey
In this class we will really slow down, connect to the breath, and promote a sense of ease in our body and mind. Moving toward tree pose we'll work on some focusing exercises to help us prepare for balance. No props needed, but a blanket for the knees or a set of blocks can be helpful.

Chair yoga is great if you have difficulty getting up and down from the mat due to mobility issues, or injury. Easy on the joints, it's a great gentle practice for anyone, regardless of yoga experience. Peggy will guide you through a series of seated and standing postures to help you improve flexibility, body awareness, and strength; all with the support of a chair. Full body routine. Optional set of hand weights and blocks. A mat can be helpful to support your chair, but is not required.
