35min Morning Practice: Start Your Day with Intention with Amy Garvey

This 35min gentle yoga class is intended to be practiced first thing in the morning. Roll out of bed, hop on your mat, and tune into your body, breath and mind. Practice returning your awareness to the present moment, and to your own personal intention as you move through a series of gentle movements and stretches for the whole body. Suitable for all levels. A blanket or two may be helpful.

30min Therapeutic Yoga for the Spine

In this feel good morning routine well focus on reducing stiffness in the spine through gentle movement, including some twisting, some sun breaths, and a mild inversion. Finish feeling warmed from the inside out and ready to take on the day. Level 1. Blocks and a blanket would be helpful but not required.


Continuous Flow for Stress Relief (45 Min)

In this video we will be in a near perpetual state of movement as we flow through this Level 1 practice together. Practicing in this way can help to soothe our nervous system and help us relax. We’ll finish with a guided body scan to balance the physical effort with some deep rest. Level 1-2. No props required.


Restorative Yoga Sequence

In this video, Amy shares her set-up for a few of her favorite restorative yoga poses. An at home restorative practice is a real treat, and a great form of self care. Watch the video through for pose set up, and then practice one or all of the poses on your own. A bolster is a great help, but not required. Two yoga blankets (or bath towels!) are required, and comfortable warm layers to regulate your body temperature. You might want to play some soft music and cut the lights as well. Enjoy!
