Beginner-Level 1 flow class where we'll move through a well rounded practice, touching on the classic standing postures, standing balancing, and we'll finish with some hip stretching and forward folding. Suggested props: optional set of blocks.

45min Barre Cardio Interval with Beth Wolfe

45 minutes of barre inspired cardio alternated with barre and pilates toning. Get your heart rate up and tone those muscles all in one class. Suggested props: a set of light hand weights. If you do not have a ballet barre, substitute with the back of a sturdy chair (should be about as high as your waist).

60min Flow 1: Backbends with Amy Garvey

In this 60min class we'll focus on opening the front of the body, especially the chest muscles, the hip flexors, and the quads, as we simultaneously strengthen the back body, especially the muscles along side of the spine, the upper back, the glutes, and the hamstrings. This work will prepare us for deeper, more stable backbends. Give full wheel a try! A blanket and set of blocks are optional.

40min Yoga Roots: An Antidote to Sitting with Amy Garvey

In this 40min Yoga Roots practice, we'll focus on opening the front body, and strengthening the back body, which can be very therapeutic after sitting for long stretches, especially with poor posture. Recommended props: a set of blocks and a blanket. Two blankets can substitute for the blocks. Suitable for beginners+

Relief for your shoulders and neck! A series of seated stretches and exercises to relieve tension in your neck, shoulders, chest & upper back. Can be done on a mat or in a chair.
