Easy on the joints, it's a great gentle practice for anyone, regardless of yoga experience. Peggy will guide you through a series of seated and standing postures to help you improve flexibility, body awareness, and strength; all with the support of a chair. Full body routine. Optional set of hand weights and blocks. A mat can be helpful to support your chair, but is not required.
